E-mail support is also available for the following:

  • Billing Questions
    Questions on your invoice, payment or balance due can be sent to billinghelp@dsl.net. Your request will receive a response within two business days of receipt.
     
  • General Support Questions
    Questions regarding your service, features, functionality or requests to add or change services can be sent to support@dsl.net. We respond to requests within two business days of receipt.
     
  • DNS, E-mail, Web Hosting Questions
    Questions regarding these issues can be sent to hostmaster@dsl.net. We respond to requests within two business days of receipt.
