If you are having problems receiving e-mail…
Is your POP3 server set as POP3.your-domain-name? (E.g., if your domain name is customer.com, then the POP3 server should read "POP3.customer.com".)    Yes/Confirmed
 
2. SMTP Server Setting
If you are having trouble sending e-mail…
Is your SMTP server set as SMTP.your-domain-name? (E.g., if your domain name is customer.com, then the SMTP server should read "SMTP.customer.com".)    Yes/Confirmed
 
3. Registration Expiration
Are you sure that the registration for your domain name has not expired?    Yes/Confirmed
 
4. Correct Password
Are you sure that you are using the correct password for your mailbox?    Yes/Confirmed
